INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC FEEDERS

The feeders are activated through sensors and with the help of an auger we can carry the feed throughout the shed, reducing feed loss, greater biosecurity in handling it, obtaining more kilograms of live weight produced per square meter.
NIPLE DRINKER INSTALLATION
The installation of automatic nipple drinkers seeks a better condition for the birds to develop efficiently. The drinkers provide a better conversion, dry litter and greater sanitation, easy handling and control, heavier chickens, better supply of medicines, greater efficiency in the management of drinking water, obtaining more kilograms of live weight produced per square meter.
INSTALLATION OF FOGGERS

FAN INSTALLATION

EVAPORATIVE PANEL INSTALLATION
Evaporative cooling consists of circulating air with a certain moisture content over a wet surface (panel). The air, passing through the panel, evaporates water. To go from a liquid to a gaseous state, the water molecules need energy in the form of heat and this is captured directly from the circulating air, so that after passing through the panel the air has lost heat (its temperature decreases) and its content increases. in water vapor (increases its humidity). This evaporative panel is installed according to the dimensions of the shed and the operational needs of the facility, preserving its efficiency all the time.

INSTALACIÓN DE INCUBADORAS
La línea Coopermaq de incubadoras de etapa única y nacedoras traen para el mercado una asociación de nuevas tecnologías que optimizan las condiciones ambientales de incubación y generan mejores resultados.
Desempeño, confiabilidad, ahorro operacional y robustez son las principales características de los equipos de incubación de Etapa Única Coopermaq. Los sistemas de calentamiento, ventilación, viraje, humedad y refrigeración fueron desarrollados para garantizar condiciones ideales de homogenización y distribución de aire. Sensores infrarrojos que monitorean constantemente la temperatura del embrión e interactúan con los parámetros de control de los equipos para manutención de la temperatura embrionaria ideal para cada fase del desarrollo. Con el uso del deshumidificador, es posible ajustar correctamente la humedad en los primeros días de incubación. Fue desarrollado para solucionar los problemas con la pérdida de peso en el inicio del proceso de incubación, causados por la humedad excesiva del ambiente. El nivel de CO2 de las incubadoras puede ser monitoreado para modificar la atmósfera y alcanzar las mejores condiciones de desarrollo del embrión.
Las Nacedoras Coopermaq son construidas en fibra de vidrio y EPS tipo sándwich en blanco y beige; con acabado en perfiles de aluminio extrudido que le confiere robustez y facilidad en higienización. Tiene amplio display horizontal con protección de aluminio, permite una mejor visualización del interior, con doble acristalamiento, evitando condensaciones y pérdidas de calor;

Contamos con un acabado externo en aluminio moldeado para una limpieza fácil y rápida; paredes con aislamiento térmico de poliuretano; hecho a medida para cualquier camión; chasis fabricado en aleación de acero al carbono; acabado en pintura anticorrosiva; cuerpos totalmente climatizados, con refrigeración y calefacción; piso de aluminio corrugado, a base de contrachapado, de fácil limpieza; diseñado para transportar huevos fértiles, productos perecederos refrigerados y también puede transportar productos perecederos congelados.

INSTALACIÓN DE DOSIFICADOR EN AGUA DE BEBIDA
El equipo dosificador puede ser instalado en la red de agua, el cual emplea la presión del agua como única fuerza motriz. Así accionado, aspira el producto concentrado, lo dosifica según el porcentaje deseado y luego lo mezcla con el agua motriz. La solución resultante sale entonces del aparato y continúa su curso. La dosis del producto inyectado siempre es proporcional al volumen de agua que fluye por el dosificador, sean cuales fueren las variaciones del caudal o de la presión de la red de agua.
